We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our website after the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Data Accessed: The application "Link-iT" (Importa Esporta da BIM) requests access to your Google Sheets data using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets scope. When authorized, the application accesses the content, cells, and structure of the specific Google Spreadsheet where the user launches the add-on. We also access the user's public IP address for the sole purpose of verifying the active Aduna floating license.
Data Usage: The Google Sheets data accessed by the application is used exclusively to provide the core functionality: reading existing cell parameters, writing new BIM (IFC) metadata into the spreadsheet, and formatting technical tables (Table v4 objects). The data is processed transiently within your Google Workspace environment. We do not use your Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any other unrelated purposes.
Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties. Data is processed solely to provide the BIM-to-Sheet synchronization service.
Data Storage & Protection: The Add-on processes Google Sheets data transiently within the Google Apps Script environment. We do NOT copy, store, or host your Google Sheets content or Google Drive files on our external servers (aduna.eu). Communications for license verification are secured via encrypted HTTPS connections.
Data Retention & Deletion: Because we do not store your Google Sheets data on our servers, there is no Google data retained by Aduna. If you wish to delete your Aduna account or floating license data, you can submit a deletion request by contacting us at support@aduna.eu.
Limited Use Disclosure: Link-iT's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
